As a More Time Ready associate, you will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (Sunday-Saturday), equal to a minimum of 120 hours per calendar month. The More Time Ready program provides the opportunity for Ready associates to pick up additional hours and work longer shifts – 8.5 and 10.5 hours (where applicable).
